Question:

What is the dress code for attendance at meetings?

Answer:

Business or Business Casual (no jeans)


Question:

If I have a prebill for our monthly meetings, do I have to pay for an All Day Seminar?

Answer:

Yes.  Prebills only cover monthly meetings, so seminar fees are required by all registrations.


Question:

Do I have to pay to register for All Day Seminar even if I don't attend?

Answer:

Yes.  All Day Seminars require payment upon registration, even if the attendee does not attend.   Substitutions from the same employer company are permitted.



Question:

Can I receive a refund for a regular monthly meeting if I register in advance, but cannot attend?

Answer:

If you need to cancel 7 days prior to the event date, contact kcastillo@guardian.com for a refund.   Otherwise, you may send a substitute from your company.


Question:

Who may register to attend Seminars and Meetings?

Answer:

Seminars and meetings are open to TEI members and staff of TEI members only.   Membership information for TEI is available at www.tei.org.

What if I have special dietary needs at an all day seminar?
